Our aim is to support girls above school age and those unwilling to enter into full-time education into meaningful employment as a first step towards self-sufficiency. Our partner organisations provide vocational training and AN employs a full-time Job Coordinator to assist our clients into employment.

This project has been highly successful and is recognised internationally as best practice in supporting victims of trafficking. Following its success, Shakti Samuha set up the Shakti Halfway House to support girls on a residential basis during their first six months of employment through the Job Coordination scheme.
