Village girls at risk
Among the many issues affecting women and children in Nepal, we are particularly concerned with:
Physical and sexual abuse both within and outside the family home
HIV/Aids contracted during enforced prostitution or from an infected mother
Violations of Women’s and children’s rights, including child labour and caste and gender discrimination.
